We assign you a local 10-digit number that you display to your customers however you see fit. Customers then text that number with their feedback, which is sent directly to the BamText Dashboard or a cell phone.
When a customer submits feedback, they receive a fully customizable auto-reply message. This can be used to promote exclusive offers! You can respond to the customer in real-time, allowing you to resolve problems before the customer leaves!
Using the BamText Dashboard, you can review all feedback that you receive and sort it by nature of comment. You can also pull reports to track performance over any given period.
